If you purchased an item from Zazz prior to 28th July 2017, it is important to note that the business with which you transacted is different to the business trading under Zazz (zazz.com.au) from 29th July 2017 onward.
Zazz (zazz.com.au) was purchased by Kogan.com Ltd on 28th July 2017. In light of this, the previous owners of Zazz, have established an email support channel for customers that have a fault or problem with products purchased before 28th July 2017.
Faulty Stock – Purchased BEFORE 28th July 2017
If you have purchased an item from the Zazz online store BEFORE 28th July 2017 and require assistance with a fault, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly in the first instance. If the manufacturer does not provide you with a remedy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further warranty assistance.
